I stopped by here in late 2022, during a business trip with colleagues. Our nice guy - driver directed us to try the ice cream here because it is famous for being delicious with quite a lot of customers. The ice cream is very delicious, the fruit is delicious and has a nutty aroma. The texture is soft and creamy, quite delicious. I ordered a small portion and it tasted very smooth. They have a lot of flavors to choose from, including dairy-free ones. The service is good and very friendly to us travelers from Asia. Nice to meet you guys.. Very good Gelati Gelati.!! Fuimos a comprar un helado en el kiosko que está cerca del Museo Guggenheim, al lado de la ría, dado que vimos que las opciones tenían marcados los distintos alérgenos que podían tener. Al preguntarle a la dependienta, sólo por confirmar que el helado de café no tenía gluten, nos empieza a decir que si no queremos gluten, elijamos los helados veganos. Le decimos que eso no tiene nada que ver. Que algo puede ser vegano y tener gluten y puede contener leche y no tener gluten. Al verse acorralada y darse cuenta de que no sabía de qué estaba hablando, se puso bastante antipática. Disponen de conos de galleta sin gluten envasados individualmente pero claro, si no tienes formación sobre alérgenos y tocas el cono sin gluten con los mismos guantes que el cono con gluten, no sirve de nada. Es una verdadera pena porque los helados tenían buena pinta y a lo mejor, efectivamente no tenían gluten. Igual simplemente con algo de formación, esto no hubiera pasado.

I spent a while talking to the guy that attended me and he told me everything about this family owned business.
