Staff is great, place is clean, served quickly. Tap beers is good. So why two stars then? Simply because the pizzas we ordered are definitely not tasty nor good. They are assembled in a homemade manner but with industrial food for sure and they are quite expensive. They taste like if they were made in a Factory and frozen. If you like pizzas, real ones don’t go here. Again staff is great and the place too but food is important when you pay such price and this here sucks

Un clásico entre las pizzerías de Bilbao, a 2 minutos del Guggenheim. No es el típico local italiano, diría que tiene unas pizzas estilo americano con sus toques personales. La masa es la protagonista; gordita, esponjosa y con mucho sabor. La carta es amplia y además de sus pizzas, yo recomendaría probar sus clásicos nachos con queso. El local, aunque tenga terraza, es pequeño por lo que es aconsejable reservar; también ofrencen servicio a domicilio o take away. En nuestro caso, fuimos a recoger una pizza familiar; la tropicana (con poco de retraso, pero cumplieron mas o menos cumplieron la hora de recogida). En mi opinión la masa eclipsaba un poco el resto de ingredientes; aun así, me gusto la combinación de sabores, el toque que le daba la ternera picante y la textura. El precio es algo alto, pero las pizzas son bastante grandes y contundentes; repetiría para probar otras.

This is a lovely family friendly pizzeria. Menues are in Spanish, Italian, French & English. The staff were very nice and were very patient as I attempted to order in very poor Spanish with a slight haze of peppered English. Definitely recommend and will definitely return.

haven't eaten here yet, and now never will. we live 10 meters from the place and needed two empty pizza boxes for my sons cooke cakes that we made for him. we asked for them, offered to pay, EXPLAINED why we needed it and they STILL REFUSED. what kind of service is that??? why is it detrimental to their business to sell us two empty pizza boxes?? (rhetorical question)

Nice location close to the Guggenheim Museum, competent service and a short wait for the food to arrive. The pizza had a nice taste and there were lots of options to choose from. The prices aren't super affordable, but you can eat enough for less than 10€ per person. I just wish we'd been given plates and cutlery instead of just napkins, and that the pizza had been served on a proper plate (which wouldn't have caused me to ingest...
