This is the paradise for any hipster/radical chic/gauche caviar person. Shoutout to the interior designer because this place looks perfect to be snapped on instagram: stylish pavement, mixed vintage forniture, quote on the walls, good looking bartenders, elegant pintxos and a decent selection of cocktails well made. Their Spanish omelette is indeed marvelous. Just 2.25€ a piece with some bread (Oct 2022). Their version has caramelised onion, which is not my favourite because I find it unnecessarily sweet, but that's me. The oil it's cooked in it's perhaps a little strong too, but more character, I guess. The egg is runny. That's just a cooking style and not wrong (actually better). The place was packed on a Friday night but the staff was nice and efficient....

We called in here after finding that the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. What a great choice it turned out to be! Mattia greeted us warmly and after explaining some of the menu items he showed us to a table, brought two glasses of viura, olives and crocetas and bread.
