At first glance it looked like a small café, but a closer look revealed a room in the back and thus we went in. The staff doesn't speak English but are very friendly and informed us that Pulpo (octopus) is their specialty. And oh boy was it good, the best I've ever had. Bueno. Costumbres aparte. El pulpo como (tapa) más no como plato principal no estuvo mal, para no decir básico, en mi humilde opinión la preparación del pulpo tiene mucho juego, pero entre gustos los colores. La atención compensa la simplicidad del producto y el estado cutre/descuidado del local. No es lo que cocinas, si no como lo cocinas. La comida tiene que ser apoteosica. Aportar al comensal sensaciones. Que según dejes el plato ya lo extrañes. Que después de degustarlo te preguntes como pudiste vivir tanto tiempo en este mundo sin haber probado ese manjar.
