Wow what an amazing restaurant/bar .really busy, great atmosphere and the best service I've ever had in all of Spain.i love these places where you can sit at the bar and eat delicious tapas.what I really liked is it says clearly on the menu,a list of hot tapas and Cold tapas.i prefer hot food.i went to another place recently and ordered chicken curry ración and it came cold to my disappointment.so I ordered 4 different delicious tapas one at a time , even though the restaurant was really busy and the big long bar was full of people sitting there ,there was about 4 waiter's working the bar.the waiter's here are very professional,they always knew without hesitation who's food was for each person.i really recommend this place for amazing Andulcian tapas. my bill came to 12.50 for a beer,4 tapas, very good value,I left full and even though I paid on card and I had no change ,I gave a 5 euro tip,I was that impressed, normally 2 euros would of been suficient but I was that impressed with the food and the...

No tengo duda de que el sitio es un clásico en Cádiz y que un negocio que lleve bastante años abierto habla por si solo, pero tambien pienso que pese a que todo el mundo puede tener un mal día, un profesional no puede mostrar una apatía por la clientela. Me explico, mi experiencia ha sido llegar y decir buenas tardes y que no te respondan, pedir un café con leche y que te lo pongan prácticamente sin leche, tener que desplazarte donde está el camarero mirando el móvil porque tras llamarlo dos veces anda distraído y no te ha escuchado, que cuando le pides que te eche más leche por favor te mire como si le estuvieras molestando. Salir diciendo buenas tardes y no escuchar tampoco una respuesta, es decir salir sin escuchar la voz del camarero, y esto con el bar vacío a las 5 de la tarde entre semana, y por supuesto sin haber sido un cliente irritante, sino siempre habiendo hablando con simpatía y educación. Went on a Saturday noches.. Get there early in the evening but we did manage to squeeze in. Great service from Pepe who was running an able one-man show. Very reasonable prices for drinks and food. Mackerel was tasty and the pastel de bereneja was packed with ham in a juicy sauce. Lovely atmosphere....
