Tldr: for 200€ per night you get mold, ripped sheets and mediocre breakfast, but not the parking, that is 18€ more - ridiculous. Our room had mold in shower especially on the shower head which was pretty disgusting so we asked for a change and got a new one which was a bit better, but not substantially. Secondly, the sheets were ripped, we also had one with pen mark on it. You cannot check if the sheets are clean before putting them? The hotel has only the entrance renovated, that's why you'll see mostly pictures of it, everything else looks pretty old. There is no room with a balcony. Regarding the parking space, there is some but it gets filled quickly. It's 18 euros per day. Breakfast is also mediocre and I see in comments that they try to use covid as an excuse, but it's obvious that that's not the reason. The offer is pretty basic (especially for the price) and it's not covid's fault. Only thing that was nice was the staff from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, but unfortunately that is not enough to justify such a high price. In the end, we came there because of the reviews but it's obvious that the reviews are pretty deceiving. This hotel is not worth even the 100€ per night, let alone 200! We did a tour in Andalucia and stayed in few hotels, and this one was the worst - but the most expensive. I really considered leaving it the first night, it's so overpriced and not worth it at all.

I wouldn't call this a 4 start hotel. One star goes for the beautiful location, catching an amazing sunset if you pay the extra charge for sea view room, an extra star goes to the helpful receptionist who gave us great tips and the general cleaningless. This was the worst hotel we stayed in our Andalucian road trip (all 4 stars) for the following reasons: 1. The bathtub is so slippery, it is super dangerous. They seem to know that and they have added a handle at exit but what about the duration of the shower? One wrong move and you might slip badly. 2. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Woke up with back pain. They put two of these super long pillows per bed (common in many other hotels but they're always combined with a smaller pillow). We called reception to ask for a smaller pillow but we're told there were none available. A bit of a nightmare for some to sleep with a super long pillow. 3. No tea/coffee making in the room. For the price of it, we were surprised. Only hotel we stayed in Andalucia that didn't offer a complementary bottle of water at arrival.

This hotel delivered in every area of need for me. The area/hotel was facing "Playa Victoria" with a myriad of great places to eat and hang out and of course a great beach to enjoy. The public transportation was very good to get to the downtown and heart of the city of Cadiz. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. I managed to get a suggestion on where to go outside of the city of Cadiz, it turned out to be Medina-Sidonia which was a fantastic getaway and I managed to walk throughout the town and eat at the Center Square. I found it to be extremely charming and well worth my time. I thank that staff person(who happens to be from Medina-Sidonia) for that extremely helpful tip!! Also thank you staff for mentioning La Caleta beach (Playa de la Caleta), I loved it and the towers both the Cathedral and Tavira. Lastly all the staff speak English, but I requested personally that they only speak to me in Spanish and they graciously agreed to that. Thank you to everyone and I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Brilliant staff. Always smiling and helpful. Especially in the bar and restaurant.|We had the burrata focaccia and it was delicious. Thoroughly recommend.||Towels for the beach were great. Could exchange for fresh ones any time. Rooms were spotless. All the sand from the fabulous beach opposite was gone after cleaning each day. |Bed was absolutely huge. |Ask for sea view definitely. People watching excellent at any time, day or night.||The beach is sandy, no pebbles, no seaweed, no algae. Fantastic for swimming. Some waves when we were there added to the fun. ||Lovely promenade by the beach stretches all the way to Cádiz I think. Buses run regularly from the road parallel to the beach one block up. So easy. 1 euro 10 cents each way to Cádiz old town which is a wonderful sight.||Some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of hotel. We particularly liked Mareo, a seafood restaurant. Everything we ate there was superb.||Chiringuito Porto, just about opposite the hotel, on the beach by rows of sunloungers, was also great to eat at. ||Would definitely recommend booking the restaurant of your choice for lunch time. You may be lucky in the evening without a booking but depends on whether a weekend or Spanish holiday.||We had no car, hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station. Less than 10 euros.||thoroughly...
