Pub Buccan — Restaurant in Cádiz

We were looking for a place to spent time in the evening with girls. We found a place outside. Waitress came quick ( unfortunately she can not speak English so we tried our best in Spanish). We ordered one bottle of wine and 2 cocktails. First she brought us bottle of wine and left it so unopened. Ok, thought she will open the bottle once everyone will get a drink. So we got 2 other cocktails and no one opened the bottle. We asked the waitress to open the bottle but she just trough into us the opener and left. Some guys from next table helped us to open the bottle. After some while my friend was holding the opener in the hand and from nowhere came the waitress and quickly took the opener without any words. My friend was a bit injured and we were just speechless. I do not understand why Serena ( waitress) was that rude with us. Hopefully what is service will be...

I was shocked by service of waitress called herself Selena (brunette with green, was working at night 30.07 -31.07) !!! She was not only unprofessional with her job, when we have asked for a bottle of wine she gave it to us unopened. After 20 minutes when we have asked to finally open it she through the opener on our table and when we ask her to assist us she told us to do it ourself !!!! But what more, when my friend was trying to open the bottle of wine she very aggressively grab this screwer from her hand and damaged the palm quite badly!!! When we were trying to clarify this situation, she was acting impudent. I highly not recommend this place to visit, our evening was ruined and we had to use medicine to heal the hand...

Very bad. Unfortunately, my evening at your bar was ruined by the extremely unprofessional behavior of a waitress named Selena( I am not sure if she is Selena, but she had green-black hair and was working at night 30-31.8.24).She brought a closed bottle of wine and, when asked to open it, threw the corkscrew on the table. When I took the corkscrew in my hands, she came up from behind, forcefully grabbed it, and left without any explanation, scratching my hand in the process. I was shocked by such behavior. I do not recommend visiting this bar if you don't want to ruin...
