A group of our friends were visiting Cordoba to celebrate my girlfriend's graduation. The graduating class had booked this bar for their party after the ceremony. My girlfriend had explicitly asked multiple times if we would be allowed to join, and reassured every time that after 1am we would all be allowed no problem. Upon arriving after 1am, we were all (among other friends of other graduates) told we were "not the profile of the bar" and refused entry. They gave a bunch of rubbish excuses like we were too young (not underage just not over 25, even though I'm 26), not Spanish, etc, but younger people (including 18 year old girls) went in while we were talking and other Spanish people were similarly refused. At one point two black men came up to go in and were turned away instantly despite being definitely older than all of us and Spanish. My girlfriend was distraught that her graduation night was being ruined like this, and insisted on filling in a complaint form, which they legally have to provide upon request. They took over an hour to provide such a form, at which point they refused to provide a pen to fill it in (also legally required). We ended up getting a pen from a friendly taxi driver and filling in several forms between the ~30 of us affected by this. My girlfriend also told us they had booked the bar for food as well as drink, and despite being promised 2 plates each they were given small bites from sharer plates brought around by waiters. Mala gestión y tratos poco respetuosos l

Mi grupo de 15 amigos/as procedentes todos de un centro deportivo al que no nombraré por una cuestión de privacidad, se disponía a pasar un rato amable en buena compañía, música y por su puesto a tomar una, dos o las copas que fueran necesarias, puesto que nos encontrábamos en un local nocturno y no en una biblioteca.

La noche pintaba mal desde el primer momento, ya que el exceso de aforo impedía el tránsito y mucho menos el baile, sin embargo, el personal del local permitía el flujo de entrada.

Tras un tiempo en el local, con limitaciones de movimiento, aseos abarrotados y dificultades para llegar a las diferentes barras para pedir nuestras consumiciones, algunos de mis acompañantes y yo, decidimos marcharnos, con tan mala suerte que entre tanto gentío a mi hermano se le perdió el ticket del ropero. Cosa muy habitual en humanos y que seguro a muchos os habrá pasado alguna vez.

Mi hermano, se dirigió a la chica del ropero para contarle lo que le había ocurrido, para ver si podía de alguna manera recuperar la prenda, ya que su valor era importante tanto a nivel económico como sentimental, pues era un regalo de nuestro padre. La encargada del ropero le indicó que las normas del local eran claras y que no podría recuperarla hasta el final de la noche o la mañana siguiente, pero mi hermano no sabía si estaría al día siguiente en la ciudad y se negó a marcharse del local sin la prenda, por lo que le rogó en varias ocasiones que le ayudaran, realizando un reconocimiento físico de la prenda, con ayuda de una foto que ese mismo día se había hecho.

En este instante, entró otra encargada del local, la cual se dirigió con muy poco respeto tanto a mi hermano, como a una persona que fue testigo en todo momento de lo ocurrido y que lo acompañó para ayudarlo. La testigo le indicó que por favor les hablara con respeto y que entendiera que sólo querían recuperar la prenda y hacer un reconocimiento físico de la misma antes de marcharse, sin embargo, la encargada continuó con su mala actitud y su falta de respeto hacia ellos. POST CORDOBA HALF MARATHON DRINKS! Nice bar staff but Goalkeepers are ruining the atmosphere of this place. 1 stood watching us waiting for an excuse to start something (they must of been board) I noticed this so was over polite to give them no reason to, but after an hour one of us was paying for a drink got grabbed and took out I asked the nice bar staff why and they just shrugged there shoulders.
