McDonald's — Restaurant in Córdoba

Honestly very disappointed. Ordered a Hamburger without meat and Chicken Deluxe without meat, and extra cheese. First trial I got... everything with meat.

Upon re-entering the McDonalds and stating and showing what had gone wrong one of the staff first checked my bill to then tell me I hadn‘t ordered the way I had said. I had to show him where it said no meat, to then get a shrug. He returned with two freshly wrapped burgers and handed them to me.

In the car I unwrapped them to then see… bun without anything, and a bun with one slice of cheese. By this point I was fuming and went back inside asking one of the staff how they call this a burger. I received two burger with minimal condiments.

Super unsatisfied, as I know that there are McDonald‘s restaurants close by making these...

We have waited for a one cup of coffee for more than 20 minutes. Personal just ignore customers who want to pay their order. Also stuff don’t use gloves when preparing the order, i don’t think it’s very responsible considering the situation with Covid-19. Twice they forgot to put a straw to our Cola and it wasn’t comfortable to drink from a paper cup. Tables aren’t clean enough and the toilets too. At all, service should be improved but food is common...

. Ayer fui al McDonald que tienen en avda del brillante en Córdoba. Fui solo a por un "ace tea", saqué mi tiquect y nadie me atendía, 10 minutos así, viendo pasar trabajadores para arriba y para abajo pero nadie me atendía.Empezó a llegar más gente, y ya sé pusieron atender al q llegó tras de mi. Entonces ya salté y le dije a la señorita q lo estaba atendiendo q yo estaba antes y q llevaba 10 minutos esperando sin q nadie me atendiera. La señorita me contesta q el señor al que estaba atendiendo solo quería un café, y yo le contesté q yo solo quería un té y que estaba antes. La señorita en ese momento grita a otra trabajadora y de forma burlona e irónica le dice q me atienda que llevo mucho tiempo esperando, pero así, de forma como burlándose por lo que le había comentado antes Me parece q deberían de mirar un poco la educación y el respeto (o mejor dicho, la ausencia de esto) q sus trabajadores les prestan a sus clientes Ya como "ginda del pastel " cuando me Dan mi bebida veo q no tiene pajita, se lo digo a la "simpática y amable" señorita q me atendía y me contesta q ya no ponen pajitas, q me lo beba como nos bebemos las cosas en casa, directamente del vaso....... Super educados l@s...
