Tres Hileras Bakery — Restaurant in Córdoba

This bakery is the best of 5 months travelling by far. I have visited and tried almost every bakery on my way (because my partner is a sourdough baker) and Tres Hileras Bakery so far wins my personal prize. It's a good thing I am on a cycle trip because I ate the same pastry three days in a row, it was awesome. I am a sourdough Baker and always try to find sourdough bread on my travels. This is one of the best!! I make cheese bread and this is the first bakery which does too. Love their bread, love their pastries, great coffee and friendly staff. The baker is extraordinary, he's baking away behind a window in view of all and very smiley!!!...

Lamentable servicio y atención. “Gracias” a las mesas tan inestables que hay en la terraza, se cayó una taza de leche hirviendo a mi hijo encima, quemándole las piernas y la mano. La camarera, pese a verlo, no fue ni a recogerlo y/o limpiarlo, ni siquiera para preguntar si estaba bien. Al ir a pagar, me dice literalmente que “no es culpa suya que las mesas estén así, eso díselo a los dueños” y además me cobra un producto que no llegamos a consumir.

Lo peor de todo es la poca empatía y profesionalidad, el decir eso, cuando vió como un niño de 4 años se había quemado, encima escurriendo el bulto y quitándose de toda responsabilidad cuando no apareció nadie.

Tuve que ir corriendo a una farmacia cercana a comprar una crema para las quemaduras, ya que ninguno de los dos que estaban en el negocio aparecieron para ver qué había pasado, simplemente miraron desde dentro y...
