The worst way to end an amazing holiday. If I could give zero stars for all I honestly would. This was without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Myself and 4 others unfortunately chose this steakhouse for our last meal before heading home the next day. My 2 friends both ordered the T-Bone steaks at almost €30 each. Both asked for medium steaks. When they came one of them was rare/raw and the other was lined with gristle. Due to the fact one of them was completely inedible my friend informed the waiter of this. He apologised and said it may have just been a bad cut of meat and that he would get the chef to put another on for him. Not bad.. well when the next one came out it was covered in charcoal! Tough and half the size of the first. After a few bites my friend threw in the towel and told the waiter that this was another shocking steak. The waiter said he would take it away and get it removed from the bill. After 2 minutes the same waiter came back and said that the owner refused to take it off the bill as he’d ate half of each steak 🤨. My friend of course asked to speak to the manager.. after going back and forward with the waiter the ‘manager’ came over. Older gentleman half bald with the worst attitude I’ve seen in a restaurant. He proceeded to argue with my friend calling him a very bad person and rubbishing everything he tried to say. We did paid for 4 meals even though they were very poor and after hearing the way the so called manager went on he is extremely lucky he got anything at all. And that wasn’t all for the night! After going elsewhere to watch the football on our way back to the hotel, the so called manager had been taking the bins out about 60m from the restaurant and decided he wanted a little face off with me 😅 after telling him where to go he strolled off staring me out for about 2 minutes as he waddled off up the street. Read moreNot impressed. Didn't want to cook my own dinner (I'm on holiday so give me a break!), so asked if there was option of having it cooked by the chefs; was assured that was fine. Had fillet steak and asked for it medium, it arrived within 5 minutes (obviously pre cooked and then flashed in pan again with no resting time) and strangely it was a piece of steak wrapped in crispy bacon. When I cut the bacon off it was three pieces of small meat/fillet (hence the bacon wrapping) not one juicy piece of fillet. When I cut into it it was virtually raw in the middle so asked for it to be cooked more/medium; waitress disappeared and brought me the 'cook it yourself' hot plate (exactly what I'd said i didn't want to do). I've given 2 stars as waitress was lovely and menu read well/has potential. Just need to stop the gimmicky DIY cooking and get the chefs on point on cooking steak over a real fire BBQ. Read moreThe food was good. Garlig bread was a little different but good way different. Literal bun in a hot parilla. Would not have mind if more garlic butter sause in it as part that had it tasted good. The New Yorker was nice. Meat was a bit more to the medium minus compared to medium and carrots, and some other veggies could have used a bit more cooking to be softer. Still, the food was good and I can recommend it. Tested also dessert, and it was great. Good combo of tasty chocolate cake, ice cream, and cream. 🙂 With little care to tiny details, the restaurant can be 5 stars as per food. Service was kind and caring. Big thank you for that. As per decorations. There could be an opportunity to make it a bit unique. It pulling more customers and make it the steak...
