Came here with a family of 11, it took very long for staff to come over and take our order. Food had started coming out but all at different times. By the time the rest of our portions came out our food had already gone cold ! Nobody at our table was happy with our food / service. The “crispy chicken” was really chewy and not good quality meat at all by the looks of it. At the end no one had come to clear plates or as much as ask us if we would like the bill so I got up to pay for our table . I was left stood for 20 minutes even after asking two waitresses if I could have some service as there was impatient babies with us ! We ordered 4 rice , and they charged us for 8 and also charged us for other random dishes that nobody had ordered. I went back in and told the staff the issue and one lady in particular stood shouting at me arguing and disagreeing with everything I said. Firstly, I have to say that the front of house staff, 1 male and 2 female were very pleasant. Unfortunately 3 people were not enough to ensure an efficient service when the restaurant became fairly busy. The food was for the main part well cooked but overly salty particularly when it came to the chicken with curry sauce. Maybe just a little heavy handed with the MSG. The services and the inability of the chef to send two peoples meals together throughout was a sight to be seen 1 starter at a time with big gap between lift the starter plate when putting down the first main but no side yet , second main arrived with side and eventually the side for first main arrived , it astounds me that a simple 2 person order could be so disjointed.
