AVOID THIS PLACE. Tldr: Staff is scamming customers, you pay more than what is on the menu. If it was Prague I’d instantly write to Honest Guide about it. Long version: We came to the place with no reservation. Staff said we could sit anywhere, so we did. After ordering 2 drinks, we said we wont be eating, so the staff moved us to sofa. A bit rude, considering the place was 90% empty, but ok. After we got the drinks I said if we could pay. Guy brought us a receipt, that was 1€ more then it was on the menu. Before I checked I told him that I’d like to pay with card, if possible. He came with the debit machine and held it in a way I couldnt see the display clearly. For a split second I thought I saw different number, but since the angle was so bad I thought I was delusional and paid 17,5€ for 16€ drinks. It´s not about 1,5€, but the audacity to do this. If you do it with 100 customers, it’s a nice sum, isnt it. After all why care when you wont see the customer ever again, right!? PLEASE. Do not come here, do not give such ppl job.

We recently visited Kai's Rooftop bar and although the food was amazing the service we recieved lacked attentiveness this dining experiance should have brought. Not once was asked how the food was or if we required anything else nor asked if we needed another drink or even a top up. The waiters/owners seemed more intrested in the instagramers or locals we felt quite invisible and really spolit whole experiance, The little touches mean the most to ALL customers.
