Used the restaurant 3 time's. The first meal was lovely. Good quick service. Our boy's loved the chocolate cake. I had the chicken bbq pizza. Husband had the fillet steak. Then we had take out pizza. To watch the sunset on the beach. Recommend this! On our last night we returned . A complete disaster! Service was all over the place. One staff member in particular was like a headless chicken. Coming out with food to all the wrong table's. She had to keep asking the other staff. They all seemed to be under too much pressure. We waited nearly 45 mins just to recieve water! My fillet steak was horrendous .i could tell when it eventually arrived it was a bad piece..all in clumpy bits with hard grizzly fat. Couldn't cut through it. I sent the steak back. They wanted to change the fillet. But to be honest we'd waited so long for our food. I just wanted to get out of there! Shame because up until last night. We'd enjoyed it. We spent 5 days in Mallorca trying Paella at several well-known places, including popular restaurants in Palma, Port de Sóller, Santa Ponça, and even at the 5-star hotel we stayed, but Jackier’s Paella was the best. The seafood flavour was rich, the seasoning was just right, not overly salty, and the rice was soft and perfectly cooked. We were starving after a long journey from the airport and didn’t have a reservation, but they welcomed us in right away. The service was friendly and efficient. Even our picky child enjoyed her tomato spaghetti and finished the whole plate. Really glad we found this place, it was a great start...

Walked past this restaurant many times and was always busy, so for the last night we booked in advance to make sure we had a seat and very glad we did because we got a brilliant seat with the view of the beach! The service was great, very fast and very attentive. We ordered bread and olives to start and they had prepared the olives which made them easier to eat (they weren't pitted) and we ordered the paella for mains, which was delicious and very good value for money! There were plenty of other options for those not...
