McTavishes — Restaurant in Calvià

Just home yesterday from 2 weeks in santa ponsa and we came across this place going for a walk and stopped for a water,right away we was served and girl who served us was so friendly, while there we looked at food being took out and thought it looked lovely.to fast forward this we went there every morning for breakfast/ lunch probably 10 out of of 14 day stay as the food is just beautiful,hot very tasty and could tell the chef took pride in her job to make sure folk enjoyed their food.lovely ladies who took most of our orders ( Katie & evie) where just amazing and even though they was busy they always took time to speak to us just a credit to this place.i can honestly say every member of staff ( also lovely lady sorry can't mind her name but pregnant) worked so hard to make sure all customers was attended to.if you want good food amazing staff and fantastic prices then this is the place to go and I'll definitely be back there not just for food but to see the amazing staff.ps I'll post a photo of...

I thought about holding off on this review but I see that others have had the same experience. This is a great bar with fabulous djs and entertainment. Sadly the bar staff see fit to steal €3 or €4 euros from you if you have had one too many. I bought every round (and we had a few) before asking my wife to go up and get our drinks while I went to the gents. I knew I gave her €20 and she came back with shrapnel instead of €10. When I tried to explain this to the woman at the bar, she suggested that my wife had ordered shots that I didn't know about. After having a few great hours of fun in there - we left immediately. Went here for something to eat as it had square sausage but when we asked for it they didn't have any so was disappointed. If we knew they never had any to be honest we would have ate somewhere else. I had a small breakfast with a tattie scone which i enjoyed and the coffee was good to. We have been here a couple of nights and really enjoyed the entertainment. The bar staff are nice and friendly.
