Ferienhaus "Buena Vista" - Mallorca — Hotel in Calvià

Villa Buena Vista was wonderful - from the moment of the arrival being met by Michael to receive the keys and guided tour to the amazing decorations that had been organised for my wife's birthday celebrations. The villa itself is simply stunning - the top level living area is perfect for the group of friends we were visiting with to spend time socialising with its gorgeous decor and comfortable seating throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and I loved the portable & Sonos sound system allowing music to be played throughout the villa. Downstairs the rooms were extremely comfortable and again well furnished. The electronic shutters were important to block the bright sunshine out in the early mornings. The pool is an ideal size and the pool area is also having very comfortable furniture and we spent a couple of our lunchtimes having BBQs by the pool in the sun - just what we were looking for! The view from the villa down into Santa Ponsa is spectacular. There is a steep series of steps down into the center which is a lot easier going down than up and takes about 10 mins. There is also a local taxi service available which normally arrives within 5 mins and costs €5-6 to take you down into the center. Down in Santa Ponsa there is a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants to visit. Not a problem for my group but worth to mention that access to the property is down a flight of stairs and then the bedrooms are a further level down so you need to be able to carry your bags up/down several flights. I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for allowing my family to experience a truly wonderful stay at your magnificent house in Mallorca. The moment we stepped foot inside, we were immediately captivated by its sheer beauty and charm. The views from the house were simply breathtaking, surpassing all our expectations.

We were genuinely delighted to find that the house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. Your thoughtful gesture of arranging groceries before our arrival was incredibly kind and greatly appreciated. It made settling in so much easier for us.

Evenings spent on the terrace, sipping wine and marveling at the picturesque sight of Santa Ponsa and the glistening waters below, became cherished moments for our family. Additionally, the pool provided endless hours of enjoyment as we splashed and swam to our heart's content.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa hat tatsächlich unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Hier ist der Eigentümer noch sehr auf Komfort und Sauberkeit bedacht.

Die Villa hat eine sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung, 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 sehr gepflegten Badezimmern und einer Sauna. Zwei große Terrassen mit einem angemessenen und tiefen Pool, der zum Schwimmen einlädt. Auf beiden Terrassen stehen hochwertige Outdoor- Möbel und es gibt eine Outdoor-Küche. Der Ausblick von beiden Terrassen ist wirklich grandios, ob bei Tag oder Nacht.

Großes Wohnzimmer, Küche auch perfekt ausgestattet, hier fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Geschirr und Besteck alles auf Hochglanz poliert! Esszimmer mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht /Strand und auch super ausgestattet, sei es vom Porzellangeschirr bis zum Sektkühler und allem was man für die Zubereitung von Cocktails benötigt.

In diesem Haus beginnt der Urlaub, sobald man das Haus betritt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und vor allem günstig gelegen. 25 Autominuten von Palma entfernt, 30 Minuten bis nach Port d'Andratx, 40 Minuten von Valldemossa entfernt...also Toplage. Santa Ponsa hat uns nicht gefallen, diese Promenade kann man tatsächlich vernachlässigen, aber das ist unser persönlicher Eindruck.

Erwähnen möchte ich noch unbedingt die Eigentümerin Frau Tatjana Baum. Alle unsere Fragen wurden von ihr umgehend beantwortet, wir erhielten noch wertvolle Tipps. Ihr ist es wirklich sehr wichtig, dass sich die Gäste in ihrem Haus wohlfühlen. Nochmal...
