So let’s start with coming to the restaurant. An excellent, intelligent, and nice, young, dark skinned blonde hair man welcomed us to the restaurant and it was very encouraging. (This is where good story ends).
From the beginning the absolute chaos during ordering food. (Drinks went smooth). We ordered, Steak With potatoes and VEGETABLES (the potatoes where told to be changed for fries (no problem with that)). But unfortunately the vegetables came after the dish was eaten (after asking few times) even though it was in the menu, but ok. The Salmon Tatar didn’t arrive at all, the pizzas, mushrooms risotto, and not arrived salmon tartar, Was average. The steak was absolutely awesome at its own.
The moment the waiter arrived to take half frozen fries and uneaten tartar, and we started to complain he started waving hands and being very rude. After that, so called “manager” came and saw no problem at all. Despite a lot of problems.
We wanted to discuss that with manager with no power (I guess) but he started shouting and wavering hands again (very rude). But the best (worst) part starts now!!
Exactly minute after we started complaining they put bodyguard next to us. Despite the fact we were gentle and were with less then year old boy. And waited for us to pay 😂. Bodyguard asked us with low tone (IS THERE A PROBLEM?) And he waited until we paid the bill.
What is the funniest we didn’t get the real bill. But the “proforma” one. Than had to ask for real one.
Summaries I only rate restaurant when it’s THE BEST or It’s THE WORST. Now it’s the second option. And I’m very disappointed.

She talked to the barman who said he can’t do anything about it and basically not his problem. It then happened a second time (again with the rest of our glasses staying) but this time there was even an empty glass left and her full glass taken. Baring in mind we had left for 4 mins approx. We went to complain to reception with our Irish friends and as we explained the lady told one of our Irish friends to stop shouting (she wasn’t, it was just her accent) but did agree to get my friend a replacement drink. She also talked to the barman. After this we were all met with eye rolling when ordering drinks. The barmen clearly had favourite girls. Which usually you wouldn’t notice but because it was so quiet it was obvious.
Vibe: we were sold a dream! We expected it to be full of people dancing, it was quite empty. We thought there would be loud music and people being encouraged to dance, you could barely hear the music and no once danced. The videos online showed dancers with sparklers and smoke machines, none of that happened. There wasn’t a club feeling to any of it, we tried to make the most of it but by the end we had enough and left early.
Price: the price for what it was wasn’t worth it, you get two drink tokens which is good to start with but then you have to buy overpriced drinks afterward.

After failing to notify us that the event had been practically canceled due to the venue closing, we spoke with Steve, THE MANAGER, who promised us a refund (of money, since we had already lost our time). We were not the first or the last to have this issue. He gave us an email address to contact for refunds, but it never responded, the same with phone calls and direct messages to their Instagram page. Shame on you for profiting this way from young people. Attached, I include the email and a photo taken of Steve the “MANAGER,” who kindly provided us with the useless email. Since there are five of us who have been cheated, we will leave five reviews because one negative review is not enough to describe how awful you are.
You respond within 20 minutes to reviews to avoid looking bad? I waited 8 days to write this review, and I wrote that it was practically cancelled because, according to what the staff told us there, you had to close that room. Moreover, as you claim, the event was not supposed to end before 3 AM, yet the DJs and body painting had already finished. If it had been communicated via email or phone—since you have my contact information—that the room would close, or if it had been stated that after midnight it would just be a bar with background music, we would have planned differently.
