When a restaurant advertises themselves as a pizzeria, you expect to have a fresh homemade and somewhat satisfying pizza. I'm sad to say this was not the case. The first thing I said to my partner when she asked me how the (Popeye) pizza was I replied "The best part is that I put pepper on it." When the pizza arrived at the table 5 minutes after ordering I was worried. Tasteless, rushed and uninspired. The Staff don't seem overly bothered either, one waiter just gave us menus with no eye contact and we sat ourselves down. Maybe the attitude of the staff in general is due to a deeper lying issue. No one even asked how our meal was! Alarm bells everywhere On a positive note, the decor is really nice and feels like a 'Secret garden.' I visited Ibiza Restaurant in Magaluf yesterday and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude — they openly talked negatively about us right in front of us, assuming we wouldn’t understand Spanish. But I do speak Spanish, so I clearly understood their comments and attitude.

Every time we ordered something, they would laugh among themselves, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I find this kind of behavior completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

As for the food, it was mediocre at best. I ordered pasta carbonara, which turned out to be nothing like the traditional dish. It was made with cream (which is not how real carbonara is prepared), and there were no eggs at all — just a heavy cream sauce that didn’t taste good.

First I will start with a positives. The Atmosphere here is really great, but thats the only positive thing. We come here at the main evening time, so it was clear we will need to wait for a food, not a problem. But after 40 min they bring us one pasta, then after next 10 minutes a 2 salads (caprese salad) 50 minutes waiting time for a salad?

The problem was that they serve food one by one, it really affected the whole experience. We were prepared to wait a little longer, but all food should come at the same time, … after 40-50 minutes of waiting.

Another thing, they forgot on the ordered pizza, we told them 2 times we are still waiting on the pizza and after 90 minutes they were suprised that we still don’t have it….
