this is a terrible mc donald’s my friend has an eating disorder and she brought food from the supermarket across the road to eat in. keep in mind me and my friend bought the food from mcdonald’s and were paying THEM. we got our food and were eating it whilst my friend ate her food from the supermarket. one of the people working there came up to us and said to my friend that she could not eat the food from the supermarket in mcdonalds. we respected their wishes and my friend stopped eating the food from the supermarket and we carried on eating the mcdonald’s. then one of the employees came up to our table and told my friend that she had to leave. we were appalled because we had followed their rules yet they still insisted she left. after she left my other friend was still waiting for her order whilst my friend was waiting outside. my friend still waiting for her order then explained to the employee my friends situation. she then responded with ‘i don’t care’ this is disgraceful behaviour. someone like this should not be able to work at mcdonald’s let alone speak to anyone in this way. she keeps on giving us dirty looks from mc donald’s to where we are eating our food outside. there is absolutely no need. never go here. to mcdonald’s management: i strongly advice you to either retrain this failed employee or invite her to leave because she is damaging you’re brand and the reputation of this particular branch, she was wearing her hair tied up in a bun with...

Read moreCuarta vez consecutiva que pido por Glovo y se dejan casi la mitad del pedido. Esta vez han sido 2 patatas y todas las salsas para los nuggets (sólo había pedido 2 Menus o sea que no hay que ser muy espabilado para ver que faltaban cosas). Encima, llamo pidiendo que me lo traigan, y no sólo se niegan sino que me dicen que solo me van a reembolsar 5 míseros euros pudiendo tardar 10 días. Cuando les digo que o me traen lo que me falta o que me devuelvan el dinero del pedido, se niegan y me empiezan a enviar respuestas automáticas. Y el colmo es que según ellos, las salsas son de cortesía 😂😂. Cualquiera sabe que la salsa deluxe o la búfalo (que fueron las que pedí en mi caso) se te cobran junto a los nuggets. Si no pides nuggets, se te cobra por las salsas, pero tienen la cara tan dura de mantener que es de cortesía. Para colmo, el McMenu McWrap grande por el cual pagué más de 10€ no solo me llega sin patatas, sino que el Wrap está medio vacío, y despuesyde mandar fotos y hacerme esperar más de 10 mins porque en teoría estaba buscando una solución me dice que no es su culpa porque el McWrap lo prepara el establecimiento (como si no lo supiera o si fuera culpa mía ).
