This pub is located just under our hotel so was an obvious place to stop by for a drink, particularly at the end of an evening. We were always just about lucky to get a table for two on the narrow pavement outside which was ideal for that essential people watching which we love doing on vacation. I inevitably had a full pint of local beer and my wife went for something "exotic" like a lumbaba. I even went for a local gin & tonic one evening - really pushing the boat out then.
The waiter was the same, busy, friendly guy each time we visited and seemed to politely tolerate my vain attempts to converse with him in Spanish (Castellano, not Catalan)....
Read moreThis bar is situated in a corner location by the marina,with about 6 or 7 tables outside along the pavement side.Table waiter service was very pleasant & the hot milk was actually added to my coffee ☕order at the table ! Read moreIt's a bar, with no obvious food options, but set amongst many restaurant choices. A great place, found en route to our intended restaurant. Great service with reasonable prices. Relaxed atmosphere and whilst football was on the TV it never appeared to be dominating the venue. We will be back. I have just revised this review! Initially after one visit I gave four stars. We have since visited another five evenings (so six evenings out of seven here, and it would have been seven had they not been closed on Saturday evenings). You don't do that unless five stars are due. I'll genuinely miss the place...
