We visited for lunch as a family of 4 in late February having reserved using the WhatsApp link from the website.

Our reservation was at 12:30 which was earlier than many Locals eat lunch but we had to drop some members of the family at the south airport.

On arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to a table in the conservatory overlooking the vineyards and the sea. A beautiful spot.

We are English and whilst the menus are only in Spanish the owner does speak good English and Google Translate worked wonders on the menu!

We didn’t have starters but did have two paella type dishes. One ‘dry’ rice and one ‘smooth’ creamy rice - Arroz Gambon Mejillone (Shrimp, rice cod and mussels ) and Meloso Costilla (Creamy black pork rib rice with shiitake mushrooms). Both were served to us by a waitress at the table and both were exceptional.

We accompanied the meal with a bottle of El Sitio which was a refreshing dry white wine.

For sweet we had a delightful smoked cheesecake ( Tarta Queso Gurea) and an apple pie (Tarta Dee Manzana) The cheesecake had an almost unique taste and for those who like cheesecake one that has to be hugely recommended and the apple pie was fresh and fruity. Both were ideal choices.

Service throughout was friendly, professional and not overbearing and most accommodating of the little Spanish that we had.

Without question the best meal that we have had on the Island and possibly one of the best lunches we...

Lots of hype for this restaurant and it doesn't reach the mark in my opinion. Sunday lunch took the order for drinks then an incredible long wait to be given menus which arrived with a verbal monologue of what wasn't available on the menu because they have changed it. Is it so difficult to get new menus printed if you are changing! Omelette of cod fish to share small, thin and tasteless at 14 euros expected more. Octopus rice which came with a tentacle plonked on top of the rice and 2 scallops. Served by the waiter tentacle and scallops presented on a separate plate, rice on another plate. Had to cut the Octopus tentacle into pieces and was told eat the scallops whilst they are hot. Laughable to the point of ridiculous. At 18.90 euros per person it was stingy for two persons. Maybe we expected to much after all the hype from Google comments and social media. Very well aware of rice dishes and what is a paella so not the case of thinking paella. Very disappointing would have to think twice...

Not easy to find but worth the way. It is located in nature looking at a vineyard. The food was incredible! The tuna was melting on our tongue and we agreed that probably we can’t have a this tuna experience ever again. And also the cheese cake from goat cheese was a dream, super fluffy, not too sweet. The food was just a dream! Also the service was great, very nice stuff and super friendly. The only thing I could criticize is that it was a bit smoky from the kitchen. But as soon we are back we will definitely...

No volveremos
