Worst dining experience to date.
Went for diner with 7 people. First thing that we noticed: indifference from all the waiters. Very bad communication with us as guests but also internally.
First up me and one other person ordered a Chardonnay. Tony’s does not have Chardonnays, which they did not tell us. Instead they just gave us a random dry white wine, instead of communicating.
A wrong dish was served, and two separate orders of the same dish (Secret Ibérique) were served in one pan. We were not seated next to each other so some of us had to switch seats to be able to eat together. The meat in this dish was black on the bottom and raw on top and came out cold. The frites were soggy, and brown. Additionally my platter was missing.
When we sent this dish back (after trying to get a waiter to come over for 15 minutes) we had to go through three different workers to get it handled.
The first worker asked if we wanted the meat done more, however after accidentally eating raw meat our hunger was far to be seen. We said we did not want it anymore.
This worker failed to communicate this to the next, who came up to finally take our dish away and put it in the kitchen to be cooked more. One of us had to walk to the worker to tell them we were not hungry anymore.
Finally, another woman, who seemed to be the manager, came over to our table and asked what was wrong. We told her the same story we told the other workers. Then, they took our plates away and instantly sent out the bill. It seemed like they wanted us out of their terrace as soon as possible.
They made us pay for the raw dish. A sad...

The staff were helpful getting us a table for 2 undercover as there was a threat of rain.
We ordered the mussels and a seafood tagliatelle. They food was ok, but just a couple of personal preferences not met - prawns were not “deveined” (we know it’s not essential but better when this is done). Some of the mussels still had portions of “beards” attached. Not one quite a few. Both meals didn’t come at the same time (happens when a place is busy). We would not return to...

Blistered peppers with paprika were delicious. The huevos were surprisingly just eggs on top of fries, which we weren’t expecting. The slow cooked veal was tender and tasty. Could have had more though. The mussels were amazing! Very fresh and flavorful. The Tonys special plate was not what I was expecting, and I didn’t like it as much. It was kind of reminiscent of poutine.
Yes, the waiters do not have great English, but they are happy to work with you, and they have...
