La Concha beach club — Restaurant in Fuengirola

This is a bright and modern chiringuito located right by one of the Fuengirola beaches. There is an outside area for that long drink in the sunshine. The menu focuses almost exclusively on seafood dishes - there is otherwise a choice of two steaks and one burger. The range offered is extensive with prices possibly higher than what might be found in some other locations. We were perfectly happy with our food which consisted of soup, calamares and shrimps. Called into this place for a drink after our long walk . My husband had a coffee which was fine . I ordered 2 Pina Coladas one for me and one for the third person of our party, when they arrived I was really surprised as they did not look like a normal Pina Colada, they looked like a pineapple drink and tasted like a pineapple drink . No alcohol was present so I presumed it was a non- alcoholic cocktail. I went to the bar to pay the bill and was shocked at the cost . Two fruit juices...

I’ve been coming here every summer for as long as I can remember, and it’s one of those places that just feels like home. The food is always fresh and tasty, and you can’t beat sitting right by the beach with the sound of the waves in the background.
