We visited the restaurant twice. The first visit was excellent but the second visit was horrible. On the first visit we had the grilled squid and mixed fried plate, grilled swordfish, and grilled sole; the quality was excellent and the price was good. On the second visit, we had the grilled squid which was served cold and rubbery, a grilled seabass which smelled like raw sewage and wasn't even gutted, octopus which was fine, and grilled sardines which were mediocre at best - to add insult to injury the owner charged us for the jug of tap water and exaggerated the price on the grilled squid threefold. Read moreWe visit this restaurant regularly as we live in El Fara. We have always had a very good experience but today was different. We are English but always try and speak Spanish to the waiters. When asking if they had a table for 4 they advised they were full. We hadn't booked. They gave us a table in the outside area next to a large group who were smoking and very noisy. A Spanish family who arrived after us and also hadn't booked were found a table inside. The waiter was extremely rude and made it clear that we were not welcome. We paid for our drinks quickly and left. We will have to re-consider in the future if we want to give this restaurant...
