This place would be a nice experience if it had better service. The female server has a bad attitude and shouldn't be working with the public. I should have known because the first time we came the place was full. When I asked for a table the response was cold and something like 'its full and I don't know when people will leave'. So we left. We tried again a few days later and was met with the same server. She started out nice until we requested some minor changes (how the eggs were cooked, gluten-free bread, dairy allergy). We were given a hard time about ordering the eggs more well done because they don't do substitutions. ?? Her tone was also very off putting. As if we were a nuisance. The type of attitude that leaves you looking at the people in your party like did she just say that? The food came quickly and was very good. I personally was done with the restaurant after this visit, but my daughter wanted to come back a couple days later. So we did. So again we got the fake warm greeting, until we start our order. We asked to add things to our meals like a side of sausage and side of eggs. We get to the 4th of 5 orders, adding a side of eggs it it. And get the response, 'that's too many changes!' Mind you, 3 of the dishes are exactly the same things we ordered last time. There were no substitutions requested just adding and paying for additional food. The one thing that really pissed me off is that I reminded her of my daughter's dairy allergy and to make sure there was no butter. She repeats this out loud say 'no butter no oil'. The bread on all plates had some type of oil or butter (which was different from 2 days ago, they were plain). It looked, smelled and tasted like butter to me. I asked her to confirm what was added to the bread. She never came back. Waved her down again to ask about the bread and she immediately states 'it's oil'. So why didn't she come back and say that? Maybe because she didn't want to change it. I knew it was butter. I even compared it to the olive oil on the table and it looked and smelled different. I've eaten butter all my life. I didn't trust her response and because my daughter has a bad allergy I ordered an extra plain toast for her. I don't recommend this place because of her. The attitude is unnecessary and the lie about the butter is unforgivable.
Update: The owner response is exactly why we wouldn't want to come back. Glad the...

What The Brunch has truly become my go-to spot and for good reason. Perfectly located, with a lovely terrace that offers both shade and sun, it’s the ideal place to slow down and enjoy a delicious start to the day.
The interior is small, cozy, and beautifully designed with an aesthetic that’s both modern and inviting. With only 11 tables, it’s almost always buzzing with people, yet somehow we always manage to find a spot.
Now, the food — SPECTACULAR doesn’t even begin to cover it. No matter what we order, it’s always made with care, full of flavor, and plated to perfection. Their Eggs Benedict (with several creative varieties) are hands down the best on the Costa, and I keep coming back for the Beef Bagel, Pork Delight and the pancakes are absolutely incredible.
On top of it all, the staff are so friendly and genuinely attentive. You can tell they care about the experience each customer has, and it makes every visit feel special.
If you’re in the area and love a great brunch, don’t...
