Kruskat — Restaurant in Girona

Waited super long..1h for 1 burger and 1 Buffalo Wings. Was cold already when the stuff arrived at the table. The buffalo wings supposed to be hot..spicy. The waitress warned me about. I still wanted it. The wings where dipped in usual cold tomatoe sauce...the one people put on the bread. The burgers bread was crusty..what I liked...but already cold. And the burger in whole was regular. Nothing special. 9,50 € for small unlovely made wings is a no go. Just 6 small pieces and nothing extra...no salad..no patates..nothing. 9,50€!!! - The The burger was bigger and make you full enough. Only the coke tasted good. that's the one star. And you should sit near an open window..the tables were made clean with pure cleanser. It smells penetrant and it glues when you put your hand on the table . I took white tissues which became yellow after whipping the table myself. The restaurant wasn't even on our way...we took a extra walk of 30min out of the center. We asntvworth at all...no the taste..not the money..not the time.

Fui a cenar el miércoles con mi novia, yo soy de Madrid y ella de Palamós y después de ver el casco antiguo de Girona vinimos a Kruskat porque nos lo habían recomendado unos amigos.

Tanto mi novia como yo solemos comer hamburguesas y sabemos un poco del "mundillo" y las de aquí nos sorprendieron muy gratamente.

En primer lugar, la carta está en una tablet y pides lo que quieres de forma interactiva (muy original, dinámico y eficiente). Cada uno pedimos una hamburguesa al gusto: eliges el tipo de pan, carne e ingredientes con un coste fijo inicial (dependiendo del tipo de carne y tamaño). Todo era casero, tanto las salsas como los ingredientes, y de sabor impresionante, además de ser bastante contundentes. A destacar las dos salsas que probamos: guacamole y mostaza-miel, simplemente buenísimas. En resumen, calidad-cantidad-precio son imbatibles.

En cuanto al postre, nos dejamos aconsejar y pedimos la tarta de queso que venía acompañada de un sirope/ mermelada que le aportaba un sabor dulce al postre. Un sabor presente en cada bocado y con una textura perfecta.

Finalmente, y desde luego no menos importante, la atención por parte del restaurante. Nos trataron genial desde el momento en el que entramos por la puerta, siempre pendiente de nosotros y dispuestos a ayudar con las dudas que nos fueron surgiendo al hacer el pedido. Un trato cercano y familiar que agradecimos profundamente.

Ya hemos recomendado el sitio a nuestros amigos / conocidos y volveremos sin duda si surge la ocasión. Muchas gracias, cuando se hacen las cosas...

Had a burger her with my girlfriend and let me tell you, it was an experience. I reassured my girlfriend she came first, the way this burger had my eyes rolling back. One bite could make a vegan or vegetarian rethink their views on meat. I came here starving after having had a completely bland experience at another restaurant. So my taste buds were absolutely aroused for a pleasurable dining experience. After eating here, i think my taste buds are going to have separation anxiety. 10/10. Would...
