Sitting here right now waiting to get noticed so we can get the bill. Very dissatisfied. We chose this place because we saw their sharing menu outside and it sounded really nice. We had to walk up to the kitchen to ask was it possible to have a table even though the two young waiters were watching us from the door of the kitchen. He pointed to where we could sit and didn’t come back until 10 minutes later to take a drinks order. My friend ordered a glass of wine not knowing they didn’t serve alcohol as there wasn’t a drinks menu. The waiter told her twice loudly enough that other tables were looking, “no alcohol” which of course was a little embarrassing but whatever, no worries. He didn’t tell us what the other drinks options were so we asked for two bottles of water, no problem. The menu inside was different from the menu outside so we couldn’t order what we wanted. Again, really not a big deal in the slightest because the other menu provided looked really nice, until we got our food 40 minutes after ordering. The rice had absolutely no flavor and was cold and soggy, the meat had a little hint of flavor (pepper) but was so fatty it couldn’t be chewed. I would have loved to say this to the wait staff but unfortunately they were out of sight of the dining room for the whole hour and a half we were there, except to bring food and take orders and back to the kitchen to wait. My friends chicken was tough on some parts, burned in others and flavorless. She wanted salt to flavor a little, but a waiter didn’t even look our way the entire meal. The salad and chips were fine, the salad actually really tasty and fresh. The experience would have been better if the waiters took the time to at least greet or smile at their customers or check if they were enjoying the food. Food basically inedible and service...

The stars do not represent the quality pf the food! It was super delicious - everything we ordered: Dip Plate (with Hummus, Baba Genoush, Joghurt Dip, Salat), Falafel (served on hummus with some spice), flat bread, soup (lentil, chickpea soup: not spicy at all but smooth and with a very special taste). As mains we got the plum, almond tajine as well as the beef, vegetable couscous. We were a bit surprised as the tajine came without any side (we expected some couscous or at least bread), so we ordered some extra rice OR couscous which took the kitchen 10 minutes to prepare, which is too much since they should have it prepared for the other dishes already. Probably the waiting time was due to the fully booked restaurant and only one (sometimes two) working waiters. Nevertheless she was very friendly and spoke decent english, which cannot be assumed in Granada. We choose the restaurant because of its great atmosphere inside. After all the music, design and food is authentic! One last note: we were seated at a table where one side of the bench was quite far from the table and the other bench on the other side of the table was way too close to the table. Going in and out was uncomfortable and the layout should be changed by a few...

I don't understand why it has such high rating. We ordered degustation menu. Hummus was good. But when meat came we were so dissapointed! The meat was raw on the skewers! Who would like to eat raw chicken? So we asked the waiter and he took only the pieces that we showed on the plates and took it to the kitchen. After a minute another waiter came over with the same meat on a different plate. So we knew it was not freshly grilled but just put on the pan to quickly cook it. Becuse of that it was overcooked... And few pieces were missing. Probably the ones that were too raw to quickly fry. No apologies, very bad attitude. When we wanted to pay, they couldn't understand. When we ordered they understood english ok, but when wanting to pay they suddenly can't understand words like "pay" or "money". Maybe they thought we wanted to argue to not pay since we didn't eat the meat and looked upset. But I can't speak spanish so I didn't want to waste my time to argue with them. The salad from the meat dish was fresh and the hummus was good - the only reason I'm...

For English, scroll down. -------- After considering dining at various Spanish restaurants, we decided to try something more exotic, and what better than an "Arab" restaurant in Granada. The place imitates a Bedouin tent (jaima) and is decorated with motifs from Arab-Muslim culture. It has a beautiful fountain at the entrance that invites you in. I must mention that the place doesn't have air conditioning, so it can get a bit hot. We ordered several dishes that weren't particularly exotic but were delicious. Hummus, meatballs with tomato sauce, and chicken skewers. For dessert, we had typical Arab sweets, which were also very tasty. As for drinks, we ordered lemonade, and I highly recommend it. It was very refreshing and delicious. They don't serve alcohol. We paid 54 euros. I think it's a very good price considering the amount of food they serve. The staff members attending to us were very friendly and nice.
