Bar Monti II — Restaurant in Granada

The visit was a disaster! Rude and disorganized service. The food was old, dry and unappetizing, seemed microwaved. And so overpriced.

Definitely one of my worst experiences ever!

First, they were completely overwhelmed just trying to take our order. Two different people came up to us one after the other and asked several times what we wanted to order, even though we had already ordered.

The food was poor. The potatoes had that taste they get after sitting for a day, when they even start turning white. On top of that, there was ketchup, and the portion size definitely wasn’t worth the price.

But the best part was that a dog on the terrace was unbelievably loud. Even after being told, it didn’t stop, and instead of supporting us, the waiters just laughed about the situation. The noise was unbearable, so we wanted to leave.

Our food wasn’t even packed up for us — we had to do it ourselves. We were left in disbelief of such rudeness. Do not go...

I visited and enjoyed my time here at Cafe Central. We ordered two beers and received a decent sized plate of prawns as tapas. The staff working here were attentive and speak great English. They explained how it worked and got us started. I do feel like the place feels like a tourist trap, staff approaching and upselling regularly. But, I wasn't too fussed either way.

They did actually find my friends mobile phone which had been left behind and kept ahold of it for us to come and collect. We were very grateful for that! But it did then seem like they pressured us I. To staying for a beer. Mixed feelings overall, better food to be found elsewhere but they seem like a nice group...

I come here as much as possible. First time I came with my son and since then, I bring my friends too. Great spot to hangout. Amazing service, food selection. Highly recommend it.
