Read moreThey kept bringing me free tapas! Not sure why, but I was eating alone and definitely interested in the different wines they offered. Paired with a manzanilla I had a simple chicken salad. I followed the manzanilla (you’re probably getting an understanding of what a wino I am) with a delicious Albariño white. Finally , to go with a beef tapa whose name I unfortunately don’t know (but it comes paired with raisins and a fine couscous grain) I went with my waiter Shanty’s recommendation of a Tinto Ribera. Now, it sounds like I spent a lot, but my guess is that when the bill came it was 27 Euros. Great pricing and service. Read moreThe experience was awful a to z. The food selection tries to be hip but is limited weirdly asian-spanish-american fusion. Expensive in addition. Waiter was less than friendly. Then we waited in an empty restaurant for 45 minutes, just to receive our food undercooked. Burger raw and with three slices of potato. Salmon rice with tiny fragments of salmon and hard rice. Shrimp bowl with 5 (!) Shrimps. You sit nice but that's it. All claims of good homemade kitchen are PR bogus.
(To add in reply to the owner's response: I don't doubt the food was homemade, after all the recipes were rather simple, and the original ingredients of good quality, after all the raw meat I ate before realising did not give me any issues. But you might want to reconsider your waiters...
