A very bad dining experience for me. I was travelling on my own and there was no table at the time when I arrive. The waitress asked me to wait outside while ordering a drink and will get me a table when somebody left. So I did. I ordered a drink and standing at the “bar” outside. Then a few tables left and I patiently waited to be seated. But then other new customers just got in the restaurant and took their own tables and the waitress didn’t arrange one for me as said. I went up and asked, then she put me at one table. Guess I will never be seated if I didn’t ask. But at the same time, somebody requested the table she put me at (they speak Spanish and I don’t), then she decided to put me at the end of the restaurant facing the wall. I understand it’s easier for them to arrange one person then two persons but this is not right. The problem is that they didn’t arrange it properly accordingly to who came first, there was no system at all, customers were free to choose where they sit without the need to ask (maybe I should’ve done the same).
Anyway, I seated at the table facing the wall, then the staff started getting other customers order (who came later than me), I waited but no one came up to me and take my order. So I need to go to the bar and asked for the order myself.
Then the food came without any utensil, I need to go ask for the fork and knife at the bar myself again. What a joke.
Just because it was busy and I am only one customer that it will not bring in good revenue to your business, doesn’t mean it’s ok to treat a customer like that. The worst customer service I had in Spain so far, just being treated like invisible and no attention was given at all. They just don’t care.
Thank you for such a good...
Read moreMy friend and I have experience in the service industry in the US, and I cannot suggest this place enough! The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, and on it. They were fast and provided the best service we've had so far after being in Palma, Soller, Port de Soller, and Deia. We loved it so much that we went back the next night.
Even if the service weren't phenomenal, the food was worth the visit - simply incredible. There were a lot of different options, and we weren't disappointed by any of the items we ordered. Drinks were delicious as well!
Yolanda, Marta, and Hayar were our team of servers and Sergio and Hamza worked magic in the kitchen. We got to talk to all of them at one point or other in the night. It really felt like eating and speaking with friends and family. Ridiculously good prices for ridiculously good food and service. I would give 10...
Read moreTook the family here hoping for a nice evening, but it was a real letdown. The cocktails were a disaster they only had mojitos available out of the 16 listed, and even those didn’t have any mint in them. Not joking. How do you mess up a mojito like that? They didn't even serve tapas with our drinks.
We were trying to treat the kids and show them a fun spot, but it felt like the place wasn’t ready for customers at all and trying to scare them away. No music only from the kitchen. The atmosphere looks trendy enough for the youth but there was nothing to actually enjoy once we sat down. Other nearby spots charge 50 cents more and serve way better quality drinks and WITH tapas.
Left feeling disappointed and honestly a bit sad for the kids. Not worth the time or the money. If you’re thinking of going, don’t....
