If there was a 0 star i would give them 0. We came when there was only 3 tables occupied. We order fast, but my dish never came, and nobody seemd to be bothered. And after my husband ate his, finaly the women came, and didn’t even apologized. She was even arrogant and tried to Play dumb, why we didn’t share MAIN dish. Waiting for my dish, we both noticed she Made so Many mistakes At the other tables, also 3 tables was waiting more than 30 min to order, and then again they got an order with something missing. I went in hotel hungry . Zero stars, would not recommend!
Dear Sir/Madam,
Although I was hoping for a constructive response to my review, your reply has deeply disappointed me. Instead of accepting the criticism and considering the possibility of improving your service, you accuse us of lying and exaggerating. This is not only unprofessional, but it also shows that you are not willing to engage in real reflection and improvement.
As I already mentioned, it wasn’t just our experience that was poor; during our stay, we also noticed other guests who were dissatisfied with the service. Clearly, there are serious issues with the organization and communication in your restaurant.
I would also like to point out that my comment about the pasta was not an attack, but simply an expression of dissatisfaction due to one dish arriving much earlier than the other. This is a basic service that you should provide, regardless of language or specific circumstances. When dining in a restaurant, especially with someone else, both of you should enjoy the meal together, not have one person wait while the other eats.
Your response is just another indication of how far you are from understanding where you went wrong. I hope that, one day, you will realize the importance of constructive criticism and investing in service improvement, as this approach to guests will certainly not bring...

The pizza wasn’t great - I think that’s a Tenerife thing. I’m not sure any of the chefs cooking pizza here, that I’ve come across, have been to Italy or tasted a Napoli pizza. The sauce was cooked! There was way too much cheese and the base lacked hydration.
The fish of the day was sword fish. That was good. Simple and straight off the grill with salad, lemon and olive oil.
The prices were great - neighbourhood...
