Rude staff and deceptive practices. They brought us water we didn’t order and opened it without asking. The food was overly salty, and we waited ages for a coffee that never arrived. When we asked to remove the coffee from the bill, they suddenly understood English, after pretending not to. We ended up paying for the coffee we never got because we couldn’t wait any longer for the coffee that they said they were already making 10min ago thus couldn’t take it off from the bill because they were already making it. Tourists should avoid this place, despite its romantic ambiance. The staff was rude and took advantage of the language gap in order to earn a few more euros of revenue.

we were touring around the town and walked into the restaurant with the drinks in our hands, since there’s no trash can to throw them out in front of the restaurant, nor did we have backpacks or bags to put them in. We would be happy to throw them away if you let us know. You didn’t charge us for the water because we let our waiter know immediately and he took the water back. We didn’t drink any. Based on your response, it seems the water might not be an honest mistake, but intentional.
For the coffee part, you made things up not me. The person clearly spoke English to us about the coffee.
Also I didn’t mention before that everywhere else I ate in Ibiza has VAT included in their price on their menu. Not yours! Your menu price didn’t include VAT. Another intentional deceiving part.
If people read through other one star recent reviews of your restaurant, there’s a consistent theme there that aligns with mine.
Finally, based on your rude response, enough said to confirm my point of how rude...
Read moreDelicious food, lamb leg (which you can see in the picture) is the best dish I've ever had, the serving of this dish is as good as its taste, the vegetables on plate next to lamb leg and the pasta cake, the portion is huge, for this price it's a really big meal that everyone will eat to satiety. The taste is perfect, the baked leg of lamb has a smoky aftertaste on top, the sun-dried tomatoes add depth of flavor. I have never had such delicious meat, I will rate it 10/10 or even more! Vegetable paella also very delicious, the surprise was the addition of cooked carrots which went perfectly with the rice and the rest of the vegetables. The calamari as good as the rest, and the chicken thighs in orange sauce is a combination I've never seen before and really surprised me, it was really tasty. The portions are huge for the prices. The service is nice, at the end they treat you with herbal liquor, which is very nice. I highly recommend it! The best restaurant in Ibiza. In addition, the location forces you to walk through the castle, so you visit historiach places while going to the restaurant. I will definitely...
Read moreMy mother looked this place up for us on Tripadvisor and we decided to give it a go. Even though it was a little above our budget.
We were greeted by a wonderful host/waiter, Who guided us to our table. It was pretty quiet but the waiter told us that normally it’s very busy.
I was craving paella, so we ordered that plus a starter which consisted of squid and octopus. The way the starter was served wasn’t something I was used to but it was okay. The paella was exquisite. Afterwards we got a shot of their Herbas Ibicinas, which was wonderful.
When I visit Ibiza again I wil definitely give this place a go again. Oeps, I almost forgot about the most important part their Sangria is literally to DIE for never tasted a better Sangria...
