I was in Ibiza celebrating my 40th with my three gorgeous girlfriends, and our first lunch stop was Cantina Ibiza, what an incredible way to kick off the trip! This place has such a warm, relaxed vibe, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived.
We ordered the seafood paella, croquettes, and the Russian salad, everything was absolutely divine. The paella in particular? Perfection. I’m still craving it back here in London!
A huge shoutout to Jeremy, who was the most wonderful host—so friendly and welcoming, with great stories and recommendations that really made the experience extra special. He even introduced us to Hierbas, which quickly became the drink of our trip. We ended up buying a bottle at the airport just to keep a little piece of Ibiza (and Jeremy’s excellent taste) with us back home.

It took around 20 minutes since the moment we asked for a bill until we paid. And it wasn't the waitress that came outside to collect the payment but myself went inside and asked if I can just pay and go.
Poor service, poor food quality, sarcastic owner that clearly thinks the customer is wrong. Can't even cook the fries properly, what a shame.

The paella was one of the best I’ve had in Spain. I got the Paella Valencia, which had rabbit, white and green beans, and snail ( you can get it without snail if you want). The chef came out after I got my paella and told me a little bit about it. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. Don’t skip the dessert! The traditional dessert with the ice cream was my favorite of the whole trip as well. Thank you for being so kind to a...
