If you’re looking for truly authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in Ibiza, Pummarola Pizza is hands down the best I’ve had in a very long time. Tucked away in Ibiza Old Town, it’s a little off the beaten track and away from the usual tourist hotspots—but absolutely worth the short detour.

The food here is outstanding: fresh, simple ingredients prepared with genuine care and executed perfectly. The pizza dough is phenomenal—light, airy, and with that perfect chew that only true Neapolitan pizza can deliver. Every bite reminded me why simplicity and quality always win.

Our host, Liana, was wonderful and made the whole experience even better. She looked after us with warmth and attention, making us feel right at home. The service matched the quality of the food: thoughtful, welcoming, and unpretentious.

To top it off, the wine was a delight. We enjoyed an elegant Italian wine that paired beautifully with the food, elevating the meal even further.

I looked up this place in internet, because I wasn't interested in touristy places to eat. I wanted the REAL deal ... and OMG!!! If you go to a place, and its ITALIAN, and other italians go there to eat, you know you can't go wrong..... Bruschetta for starters, (they make their own bread!!) , then the Pizza..... I asked for the usual best, and I got served just that!! This pizza didnt even have mozarella cheese, and after waiting 5mins , for the pizza to cool down, the base still was crispy and perfect, then the authentic Tiramisu, of which I order at every italian restaurant, and it BLEW my mind!! the ambience is as authentic as freshly made pasta..wholesome. EVerybody was authentic, and passionate about their job, which is unusual for any franchise or chain....

Omg this is a very authentic pizza place. Top ingredients and dough made to order.very nice attentive friendly helpful staff. Peppe Helped us order what we wanted and he and the staff was very very helpful and friendly. massive stunning pizzas and amazing buffalo mozzarella tomato salad, 2 glasses of red wine and 3 large beers came to €46. Very well price and great value for you money. I would highly recommend. We will 100% go back and thank you guys and keep the good pizza going...
