Pantastic is Fantastic 😊 the wordplay is easy but the place is really amazing. I think Pantastic is for El Pan , they make the bread in the same place and it looks so tasty and so healthy. I went there for testing their speciality coffee and I was satisfied by the service and the choices they provide. They work with two different roasters , one is permanent and the other is changing. I tried the coffee from hola coffee , a toaster from Madrid, a Ghesha from Costa Rica. The slow coeffe V60 was amazing. Everything in this coffeeshop is nice and looks good. This is the only place in Ibiza that does specialty coffee properly and takes coffee seriously. They are a suuuuper nice team. Lovely little spot to relax and eat delicious healthy (or unhealthy;)) bites and plates and have a proper V60 pour over or good espressos from fantastic beans roasted well. I was not expecting this quality of cafe in Ibiza. They were so helpful and friendly as well. What a treat! Chill little lane way deep in the lovely old I iza town. Cozy and friendly little corner shop specializing in craft coffee and micro-bakery-style sourdough. Free WiFi, free tap water, no extra charge for (gf) oat milk, bright colors inside - what more could you ask for?! Lovely place for a break from the summer heat of Ibiza. I tried an oat milk cappuccino, a regular milk flat white, and Tostada No. 1.
