Petit Vermut Eivissa — Restaurant in Ibiza

This little bar is different from the kind of bars traditionally found in Ibiza's old town.

Petit Vermut is the island’s first Vermoutheria serving a wide selection of the finest Vermuts, homemade and Internationally known.

You can sit outside its rustic wooden doors on the various stools and colourful crates.

Inside you will see the fully stocked shelves of wines and spirits and sit on little tables flanked by steel chairs.

They serve good simple tapas, all fresh and locally sourced with vegan options available. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Personale poco cortese, hanno detto di essere troppo impegnati a servire gli ospiti seduti (hanno davvero pochi coperti e comunque naturalmente avremmo atteso il nostro turno) per vederci due bevande da portar via. È stato un comportamento davvero spiacevole non lo consiglio.

La risposta è spiacevole quasi quanto l'accaduto non dovrei essere io, avventore, a confermare al responsabile la veridicità dell'evento ma piuttosto dovrebbe farlo il personale.

Qualora avesse delle telecamere nel locale la invito a controllare cosa è avvenuto Venerdì 08/09 alle ore 9.20 circa potrà vedermi entrare nel locale e parlare con due camerieri e dopo pochi secondi andare via così potrà osservare con i suoi occhi l'evento che ritiene tanto assurdo ma che si è verificato proprio nel locale che dirige e di cui evidentemente non sa tutto.

Detto questo non sono un hater e non voglio essere accusato di questo.

Sono un turista che non è stato servito dai suoi collaboratori per i motivi sopra condivisi ed è mia facoltà visto quanto avvenuto e vista la spiacevolezza dell'evento poter recensire il locale.

Non sarà possibile rimediare a quanto accaduto con il drink offerto perché sono già...

Good, simple tapas. We liked the olives with a lemon dressing, and the grilled vegetable sandwich. The sobrasada was our highlight but should have come with more bread crackers. What we didn't enjoy was the tomato: it tasted watery, although the dressing saved it a bit. The outside terrace offers nice views of the old town...
