There are only 4 tables so would recommend booking and also call to ask what is on the menu or just check out the menu in the window.

You must visit if you appreciate pasta
The restaurant was spotless, Barbara and Simon were amazing. The food was top quality. The wine was to die for! Probably the best dining experience we have had in years ( we are very difficult to please) . I cannot believe we were so lucky to find this place. If I could find somewhere at home half as good, it would become my favourite place. Thank you Barbera, you are amazing. Thank you Simon, you are so talented. Wonderful food. Only 4 tables! I don't know how you do it. If we return to Fuertaventura, we will be booking well in advance. Thanks again.

Amazing Italian surprise find!
What a fab unexpected find in this very special intimate restaurant. I can’t believe it was just a chance quick choice for an Italian delight, and very delightful it was too in both atmosphere, decor, and friendliest of restaurants with exceptional pasta dishes. Barbara and Simon what an amazing creation you have there, your passion and dedication for both food, wine and personable service shine through. Looking forward to next time and best wishes for a long and happy future. George & Patricia

Italian Delight
I had heard many good things about this small but very welcoming restaurant. It exceeded our expectations so returned 2 days later. You are welcomed by Barbara like you have known her for years and the food is made with loving care by Simon. The menu is small (3 or 4 starters and mains and a special on each course) but in this case small is beautiful. The food is some of the best Italian cuisine, if not the best we have ever had. The beef carpaccio was simple and fresh and melted in the mouth, again the mozzarella and tomato salad simple but fresh. We both had the ravioli one vegetarian with aubergine and the other a silky...
Read more3 Calici is owned and run by husband and wife team Simone (chef) and Barbara (sommelier), and, as well documented here, they are the most welcoming and enthusiastic people you could wish to meet.
It's a wine bar sized restaurant with tables outside backing onto the local market. It's quiet, nicely lit and good for couples and small groups.
From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel like an important part of the evening, and it was immediately clear that everything was being prepared specifically for us.
The menu is about quality, simplicity and locally sourced ingredients. There are generally two or three options per course (pasta dishes are always available, there's always a vegetarian option and if you’d like a fish/meat main course email Simone in advance to ask him what's seasonal).
Part of the joy of this place is that it’s a small restaurant with a very small kitchen and an even smaller menu. What they do, they do extremely well, but if you’re looking for lots of options or cheap eats perhaps it’s not for you.
We enjoyed it so much we booked to go again a week later.
If you’d like to go, I’d definitely recommend emailing Simone to reserve a table in advance. They order fresh ingredients daily according to their bookings, so I understand walk-ins aren't...
Read moreThere is a reason why 3 Calici is #1 out of 290 restaurants in Corralejo, it is a dining experience. It is owned by Simone and Barbara, Simone is the chef and Barbara is front of house. When we arrived, Barbara greeted me by name, such a great start! Unlike other restaurants in the main town, they have 5 starters 5mains and 5 desserts. This means they can focus on producing mouth watering dishes, which they did. Barbara takes time to explain the dishes on the menu. She is so passionate about her food and her home town of Bologna. All the dishes are cooked from fresh, Simone makes his pasta daily and manages to produce superb dishes. The wine list was also limited which was great. Wasn’t sure what to choose but Barbara was there to assist, her recommendation was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxed, Barbara had friends/family in the restaurant and we interacted with them. Such a shame we dined here at the end of our holiday, we would have returned again and again. It’s a small restaurant with limited tables. They have one sitting each evening so would recommend you book in advance to make sure you get a table for the whole evening. Thank you Barbara and Simone, we arrived as diners and left as friends! Keep doing what you do. Mike and...
