Went here on a whim as the restaurants we wanted to go to around were closed for the afternoon. Was very impressed.

Food: we ordered the cold platter which was good and offered the seasonal cheeses and cold cuts.

What I most enjoyed was the calamari’s, they were SO CRISPY AND FRESH as seen in the photo!! I also got the aubergine fries and I was initially skeptical with the honey but it was very moreish and the quantity given was so generous. The croquettes were really good except the charcoal/spinach one? Which tasted a bit gloopy and tasteless.

Overall really enjoyed the food and the man running the shop was very helpful and friendly.

Definitely recommend for anyone visiting corralejo!

Atmosphere: in the market square so very relaxed vibes

Price: we ordered quite a bit and the total bill was decently priced

Service: server was super polite...

We were so glad to have stumbled upon this amazing restaurant on our holiday in Corralejo. We enjoyed it so much that we have just returned for a second night in a row and brought our friends here! The location is lovely and very understated in a beautiful little local square. The staff are absolutely charming, friendly and very attentive, making the whole experience very personal and enjoyable. The food and drink are absolutely amazing. Excellent quality, stunning authentic local cuisine with a wonderful atmosphere, and very charismatic too. We were there with our children and the place is very family friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it, especially the tapas and sangria. Also, gracias to Martino for being such a fantastic waiter two...

Enjoyed 2 meals at DA Baco during our family holiday in Correlejo, located in the Campinaro shopping centre.

The fresh pasta was a definite highlight each time plates from my normally fussy kids were always clean and emptied.

We sampled the spinach ricotta and tageltelle pastas with bollegnese sauce on the separate visits.

Also enjoyed was the garlic mushrooms and calamari during one visit and patron Peppers with garlic prawns a second visit, all portions were plentiful and throughly enjoyed.

Great little restaurant that we found by chance but felt it good enough to return to. On future visits to the island we would definitely return.
