Heladeria Q'Frio — Restaurant in La Oliva

If I could I would put 0 stars for the service or rather lack of it super rude staff especially one girl that has been mentioned multiple times already in reviews, shame that the owner doesn’t take those reviews seriously enough and lets those nasty employees trash the name of his business, but well. You can get better ice cream from supermarket, the staff very unpleasant especially on the afternoon shift one brunette girl with horrible attitude, not to mention the situation that was happening behind the local that we saw from our table where some friends of her was abusing his dog and when other people reacted she was defending him and making racist comments to the people that were defending the dog! Regardless her opinion on situation she is a service worker and her attitude was disgusting just like other people have described … AVOID AT ALL COST!! ANIMAL ABUSE SUPPORTERS!!! On good note across the local there is other heladería VERBAC with lovely staff and delicious...

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I ordered two sweets to take away, which in the end did not met my oder. The service did recreate me order however there one a few questionable things: the waffles are pre produced and only warmed up. It does not take that long to produce a fresh waffle. Please adapt! the products are touched by hand between touching a wet cleaning towel. There is really no need to touch the product by hand at any time. Please urgently review your hygiene concept. Also, the sweets had a metallic taste.

Overall not a good...

I really like this heladeria on the main drag of Corralejo for its excellent position for people watching and really good quality ice cream. It's a lovely spot to sit and watch people walking by and in spite of being the cheapest ice cream parlour around there is always space to sit. It loses half a star for only having one table with shade which means if you sit anywhere but there you'll have to get licking very quickly before your ice cream rapidly turns into a gelato waterfall cascading sticky goo all over your trousers in the full blast of...
