InFusion - Louisiana Restaurant — Restaurant in La Oliva

Best food in Corralejo. We have been to Corralejo four times in the past year and finally managed to get a reservation at InFusion and it was well worth the hype. The atmosphere is so cosy and the food is out of this world good! We had a three course meal including the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and so well seasoned. Everything is home made, even the sweet chili sauce and all the food tastes and looks like it should cost three times the price!

If you are lucky enough to snap up a table do have a dessert, can't recommend the frozen cheesecake enough! We will book before we travel next time to make sure we can have the pleasure of eating here again! 🤤

What a hidden gem! We were recommended this place by someone in our hotel or we never would have found it. So much delicious food on the menu! We both had the ribs for a main which were delicious with proper thick chips. Then we ordered a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake for dessert and I thought it tasted slightly odd and didn't eat it which was a shame, would have been 5 stars based on the main! Service slightly slow but we are coming to expect it here so not the end of the world. We would definitely return if here again and recommend...

First time for me visiting this restaurant. So glad I took a friends recommendation. Food was absolutely delicious I had the beef bourguignon and with fluffy mash potatoes and vegetables. Must say it's the best bourguignon I've ever tasted. Will definitely come back here. The waitress ( Niamh ) was extremely busy taking orders, bringing peoples food to them but still had time for a very friendly banter. They're open Monday to Friday evenings only at the moment.
