Ordered our starter and main course and the starter came in good time and was happy with the service. THEN we had a lengthy wait for the main course (Mexican) and my wife said my meat is freezing like it has just came out the fridge and my dish was luke warm even though it was served on an iron plate and was not sizzling. We called over the waiter who took the food away and on his return my wife had some of it a bit hotter and some still cold (mine was still warm). Called the waiter across again where some “feeling” of the meat took place he offered to take it away again but the moment of dining there was ruined so we asked for the bill what we had consumed. While we waited for some time the couple in front were asking where the ladies meal had got to while the man was eating his THEN another couple were angrily complaining that they had been forgot about paid their bill left and said we should just walk. We had to chase our bill only to find it was for the full amount!! When we called back the waiter he went off came back and tossed the amended bill on our table, we paid this (25€) and left and received not one apology. The resteraunt and menu looked nice plus the place was busy, so we tried it our first night here, it was honestly the worst food either of us ever had.

The staff are overbearing when your ordering and being seated, then after are rude and uninterested. The menu is so deceptive too. We ordered pesto bruchetta, there was no pesto. The woman entising people in outside and who seated us went on and on about how amazing and top quality the 'Aberdeen Angus Fillet' is so I ordered that, after I had ordered it the waitress said its not Fillet its Sterlion theres a "typo" on menu, if its a typo why repeatedly recommend it as that? when it arrived it was also clearly not sterlion either but a cheap off cut that there charging Fillet prices for. It was grizzly, mostly covered in un rendered fat and caked in salt. The chicken skewer arrived very minimally cooked and the last few pieces were raw and had bits of pink and tendon on them. The sorry excuse for chips was pittyful on the plate. There must been 6 little skinny chips at max swimming in a watery grease soup, so unappatising.
