Ginger — Restaurant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

If I could give zero stars I would, I was there last saturday for the first time and asked for the Wifi-password. I never experienced the Las Palmas night life before since I was in GC for vacation. The guy at the bar (black guy with a cross as ear ring) told me The Wifi code but it was loud in the bar so I didn't get it right. After the login failed I asked another employee at the bar because the other one was outside at that moment. I then got the correct code, but the first bartender that I asked then came back, saw me talking to the other one and for some reason unnecessarily yelled the code in a rude and impolite way even though it was now set correctly. This anti-social behaviour is absolutely inacceptible, especially towards clients, and I can only hope that I was unlucky and found the only "bad guy" of this area. But for a first time visit this obviously leaves a bad impression. Anyway for this reason and since nobody apologized to me I can only give the worst possible...

There is a reason why it is so hyped. And the reason stands. The guys at the bar are exceptional. Sergio and Ionut are so so nice and accommodating. I m not even gonna praise the drinks too much but just know that they are worth every penny and more. It s great seeing that they truly use great quality alcohol and they care for the comfort of their customers. They even re-did my drink cause I found it too strong 🙈 The prices are also exceptional. Try it. Really. The terrace is beautiful and u can catch a beautiful sunset from there. Thanks guys, great...

Estuvimos 2 noches seguidas, la primera bien ningún problema, los cócteles ricos. El segundo día el camarero nos dice que en media hora cierran la terraza, pedimos dos mojitos y cuando quedo una mesa libre dentro pasamos, se lo dije al camarero y me dijo que sin problema traíendonos los mojitos a la mesa. Todo bien hasta se dirige a nosotros una camarera rubia con coleta y nos dice que la mesa está reservada y nos lleva a otra junto a la barra, resulta que en la mesa no se ocupa hasta que a los 20 minutos se sienta una pareja, la decimos que esa pareja llegó más tarde y nos dice que es que esa mesa es para grupos y 'clientes habituales', y que esa es la política de la empresa, increible que falta de respeto y profesionalidad, más cuando tras pagar al camarero que nos atendió al principio me dice 'que te voy a decir.... si te digo la verdad yo a esa pareja ni la conozco', con lo que además de mala profesional, la camarera nos mintió. Total que me deja un mal recuerdo del local la actitud de esa camarera. Una pena porque aunque la atencion de los otros dos camareros fue muy buena , ella lo estropea y...
