Good ice cream. Good coffees. Good desserts (range and quality, a real treat)

I'm marking them down for the place being a bit crowded with the chairs (inside I mean, outside is fine) and also because they have this weird policy of insisting that you be served by a waiter if you want to sit down, meaning you need to order from the menu even though the things you want are in the display cabinet, and NOT on the menu.

So, you need to choose your ice cream for example, memorise your choice, sit down. WAIT for the waiter, communicate your order, wait for it to arrive.

Unneccesary waiting, and it gets worse when you want something in the cabinet which has no label, like one of the chocolate desserts.

I had to sit down, wait for the waiter, get up and take the waiter to the cabinet to point out what I wanted , then sit down again, eat it, then pay.

It would have been MUCH simpler to just serve me at the bar and let me...

This was probably the worst gelato I had in my life! (And I'm not American so no exaggeration a la "best/worst blablubb ever!" ;-) It was seriously really bad. The almond tasted sour and just wrong and the strawberry artificial and way too sweet. I don't know about the other stuff they sell, but they were also not very friendly and then charging 3,80 for two balls of ice cream is...

Si tienes un par de horas extras para esperar a que te atiendan este es tu sitio. La repostería es muy buena (algo cara ,pero lo bueno se paga). La pega!!! Necesitas una eternidad para que te atiendan. En mi vida he visto a un personal tan tan tan tan lento. Aburre solo de mirarlos. Es increíble ver cómo tardan en poner un porcion en un plato y servir un café. Da igual si hay 5 personas en cola o estás tú solo. Van a su rollo. En serio. Les diría que merece la pena ir solo un día para verlo. Es flipante. Me costaría ir tan lento haciéndolo incluso queriendo. Hoy he esperado 30 minutos en una cola de 5 personas. De los cuales, 10 fueron estando solo, ya en la caja. Un dependiente , haciendo un café (interminable) otra chica, simplemente me miró y se fue y otra que limpiaba la vitrina. De cada 10 veces que voy ( porque realmente está rico) desisto 9 de ellas por la espera. Surrealista! Ojo, no son cosas mías. Todos los de la cola nos mirábamos como diciendo " por qué esperamos y no nos vamos?" Realmente esto está pasando? Bueno, quien quiera que espere. Yo no...
