I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee who showed a complete lack of professionalism. First of all, communication was extremely difficult, as this person refused to speak in any language other than Spanish. While I understand that a language barrier can be challenging, working with clients requires at least some goodwill and effort to find a solution – unfortunately, this was entirely missing.
Additionally, the cleaner gave the impression of someone who absolutely dislikes their job. Her attitude was arrogant and filled with disdain, clearly suggesting that serving customers was nothing more than an unpleasant obligation for her. Instead of trying to help or even politely explaining any issues, her behavior only added to the frustration.
I definitely do not recommend working with such a person. In a role like this, a bit of empathy, engagement, and respect for clients is essential, all of which were...
Read moreTourist Trap = avoid. I went here for tapas because my city guide, Maria, highly recommended it. Maria was a great guide, but I think her recommendation is suspicious (kickback?) as the tapas here were Tesco pre-made food quality at best. Could barely finish. Not terrible, but just bland and tasted like microwave food.
I had the Spanish omelette, meatballs and the mixed croquetas. All mediocre to poor taste and quality.
I have had amazing tapas in Seville, so I know what a good tapa is. These reviews HAVE to be fake.
My instinct is to never eat at restaurants that have views of historic sites, and I should’ve trusted my instinct.
Service was kind, no complaints there.
I will never be back, and I ask all the “local guides” to stop leaving 5 star reviews just to get free food or kickbacks. Ruins the review system and good experience...
Read moreI don't leave negative comments, absolutely never. But I want to point out that a waiter yelled at me after I asked him with all the calm, peace and politeness in the world for an ashtray. I really apologize if I don't speak English and Spanish well, neither I nor my partner had internet available to use Google translate. With a very annoyed tone he replied "Ashtray! It's called a Ashtray!" even making me spell it in Italian (obviously wrong), so we drank the coffee as quickly as possible and left. The guy had no reason to speak to me in an aggressive tone, even spelling things out, he made me feel uncomfortable after I paid...
