At the request of the owner, I am editing my review, by adding this commentary. When visiting the establishment, on 16 February 2025 (dear owner, the date of the review doesn't have to be the date of the visit), I enjoyed the atmosphere and location, which is reflected in the number of stars. The menu started off with an excellent grilled smoked Herreno cheese, which I loved. However, for the main dish of pork tacos, the potato bed under the meat was totally submerged in melted fat, and the cheesecake, while tasting ok, was underbaked (half was melted on the plate when it was brought out). That's the reason for the 3-star food score. The service was good enough, but I still had to wait more than half an hour for the check, hence the 3-star...

Camareros encantadores. La pechuga de pollo al grill no indicaba en carta que fuese al curry, ponía sólo pechuga al grill y estaba embadurnada de curry. Los platos al curry hay que poner que son al curry. No lo devolvimos por respeto. Las gambas al ajillo, tres o cuatro gambas pequeñas por persona, que vinieron en una cazuelita metidas en aceite hirviendo, por lo que resultaron demasiado hechas y secas. Y a precio de oro. El pan, medio crudo, simplemente descongelado sin acabar de hacerlo calentándolo un poco en el horno. Era goma blanca. Por unas gambas secas, un trozo de pan sin hacer, unas pechugas de pollo, un agua y una coca-cola, 30€ por persona .

Me contestas con prepotencia tratándome de ignorante, y soy profesional del sector, sé mejor que tú lo que son langostinos y lo que son gambas, y si dices que al ajillo se hacen friéndose porque así es imposible que se sequen, demuestras tu ignorancia en cocina y haces el ridículo, el marisco tiene sus puntos de cocción muy determinados, y los estáis pasando de punto. No conoces el producto ni la manera de cocinarlo y en lugar de recapacitar y aprender, sacas tu ego. Además mientes, cuando la camarera nos preguntó, mi cara era un poema, y en ningún momento dijimos que genial, así que no mientas. Los panecillos sé perfectamente como vienen y como hay que tratarlos. El precio por supuesto que venía detallado, nadie dice lo contrario, lo que se te está diciendo es que es carísimo para lo que ofreces, y tampoco reconoces el error de no indicar lo del curry. Con tu soberbia confirmas que no eres profesional y que no quieres mejorar ni aprender, tienes suerte de que tus clientes sean mayoritariamente turistas que se conforman con...

Sat down, handed a menu and then ignored as others got served. I think there may possibly be a preference for spanish speakers. Restaurant is in a beautiful setting but after seeing others who arrived at the same time getting their orders taken, I left without making a complaint.
