While taking a seat on the terrace you may expect the ghost of Hemingway popping out from the next table with a glass of daiquiri under nose and a cat on the shoulder. Their list of cocktails is generous and challenging, so it's not easy to pick just one. However, I went for their re-invented Negroni: gin is replaced with mescal and the classic Carpano vermouth is replaced by a local vermouth. It sounded like topping pizza with pineapple, I believe that the skeleton of count Negroni was shaking in the tomb when they modified his classic recipe in this way. Anyway, the result was fantastic.
