Restaurante La Tagliatella | C.C. Parquesur, Leganés — Restaurant in Leganés

My wife and I have visited La Tagliatella in Nassica before and loved it, loving the food and service. So we decided to come here as we live nearby. What a difference. This was one of the worst experiences we have had and will not return. Here are some of the problems: -Empty restaurant and no queue but still had to wait to be seated with numerous staff ignoring us. unfriendly waitress (don't know name, but an older fat lady)who seemed more interested in chatting with other staff members -asked manager/ host for a bottle of water. He did not seem happy he was asked and no bottle came. So clearly he ignored us and therefore we had to ask someone else for one. -our daughter accidentally broke a glass but it took a surprisingly long time for someone to come and check on the situation. We had to clear most of it up with the help of another table. The waitress( same one as before) eventually came to help but didn't't even check if our daughter was ok? on leaving there was no goodbye or thank you etc.

Pésima experiencia. Soy camarera y trabajo en el centro comercial y puedo entender ciertas situaciones pero otras como hoy no. Tuvimos que esperar un poquito para que nos sentaran en una mesa teniendo en cuenta que estaba todo casi vacío, no hay problema. Pedimos la comida y todo bien trajeron los principales y el entrante todo junto pero cuando probé mi plato el que está semi marcado la pasta estaba fría, no me importó mucho pero cuando probé la carne, también estaba fría y pedí al camarero que me lo calentara un poco en el microondas pasaron 15 minutos y le decimos a la camarera de turno y nos dice que va a mirar, pasan otros 20 minutos y mi amiga tuvo que pararse e ir a decirle otra vez a la camarera que faltaba el plato. Nos lo trae a los 5 minutos (para este punto éramos la única mesa) y se notaba de lejos que ni calentado estaba y le dijimos que se lo llevara que ya no lo quería a lo que mira el plato y lo deja en la mesa y se va pero es que ni siquiera fue capaz de disculparse. No es mi culpa que entre ellos no tengan comunicación. Vuelvo y repito soy camarera y trabajo acá pero no fueron capaz de comunicarse y encima le dijimos a ella en dos ocasiones que faltaba el plato pero todo vacío? No hay excusa y lo que más me “ofendió” es que le echara la culpa al compañero y que ni siquiera una disculpa. Es de agradecer que por las molestias por mucho que me quiten el plato y no pague un plato que no he comido un pequeño descuento por las molestias como en todos lados. The food in this place is amazing. But the service and everything that has to do with how to treat a customer is simply outrageously HORRIBLE. this restaurant chain is q place I always come to once I’m in Spain, but this location has to be by far the WORSE. cold food.
