Atrezzo — Restaurant in Málaga

HI! I have been coming to this restaurant for several years with my parents and friends. I like the food and the service has been good! But YESTERDAY we went there on my birthday for which we had made a for three people. To our surprise at the entrance we were confronted by the head waiter with a very UNFRIENDLY behavior refusing to accept the reservation, insisting to sit us outside in a windy and cold weather and after while and few minutes of persuasion he agreed to sit us at a suitable table inside and for that he asked us to wait at the bar for 15 minutes or so . We obviously accepted his offer and ordered wine and waited . Meanwhile we could see people coming some without reservation and being given tables while we waited. So after 15 minutes and so when we asked for our table he simply brushed off the urgency and said well all I am going to do is to give a table for two which to us was unacceptable and when my boyfriend tried to explain the absurdity of such option the head waiter couldn’t care less and bragged about the need for reservations in 2 weeks in advance . He was not only helpful he was actually rude augmentative and very unfriendly so we left in very disappointed and unhappy mood especially to witness such a behavior on my birthday. This will not be a restaurant that we will return to nor will we recommend it to...

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

I booked a particular table inside the restaurant for 8 people. When we arrived the manager told us he won't give us the table which I reserved because we have to order the dinner each person. However, when I booked the table the person from the restaurant told me there's no minimal order for this table. Also I had already had a meeting with friends at the same table, we had drinks and starters and it was OK.

Then the manager said that we can only take the table outside but it was a very cold evening, so I'm not sure what the manager thought of. Later we had to ask the manager to let us take any other table inside the restaurant not to freeze outside.

I guess if I were in the manager's shoes that night, I would let us take the table I booked and instructed the staff to inform guests about the booking conditions. That would be the proper client-oriented approach. But unfortunately, I faced the whole opposite experience - the manager was fighting with me at the entrance of the restaurant.

The whole customer experience with the restaurant manager was terrible, I tried to connect with the manager's supervisor via phone number on the website but failed. And I got so upset about the place, so NO...

Después de escuchar que este restaurante es propiedad de Antonio Banderas, reservamos una mesa para que 3 personas comieran pizza allí. Cuando nos sentamos en nuestra mesa, noté que todos los cubiertos se veían poco apetecibles y daban la impresión de estar extremadamente sucios. También limpié los vasos con las servilletas. Me quejé con el camarero (pelo pequeño y poco). Sin embargo, sin resultado con la declaración de él, si no te gusta, ¡vete a otro restaurante! Nos quejamos al agradable gerente de servicio y nos pidió que fuéramos a él para que nos sirviera. Aceptamos esta oferta porque fue muy amable y teníamos muchas ganas de comer una pizza en el restaurante de Antonio Banderas. Desafortunadamente, eso fue un error porque no cumplió con nuestras expectativas ni en términos de sabor ni de consistencia de la masa (la masa era blanda, masticable como chicle y sin sabor). Es un misterio para mí cómo la gente aquí elogia estas pizzas hasta el cielo y escribe, esta es la mejor pizza🙈 Felicitamos al restaurante por el mesero más antipático y arrogante que hemos experimentado👏🏆

Après avoir entendu que ce restaurant appartient à Antonio Banderas, nous avons réservé une table pour 3 personnes pour y manger de la pizza. Lorsque nous nous sommes assis à notre table, j'ai remarqué que tous les couverts avaient l'air peu appétissants et donnaient l'impression d'être extrêmement sales. J'ai aussi nettoyé les verres à boire avec les serviettes. Je me suis plaint au serveur (petit et peu de cheveux). Cependant, sans résultat avec la déclaration de sa part, si vous n'aimez pas ça, allez dans un autre restaurant ! Nous nous sommes plaints au gentil responsable du service et il nous a demandé de venir le voir pour nous servir. Nous avons accepté cette offre car il était très sympathique et nous voulions vraiment manger une pizza au restaurant d'Antonio Banderas. Malheureusement, c'était une erreur car cela ne correspondait pas à nos attentes ni en termes de goût ni de consistance de la pâte (la pâte était molle, moelleuse comme du chewing-gum et sans goût). C'est un mystère pour moi comment les gens ici louent ces pizzas au ciel et écrivent, c'est la meilleure pizza🙈 Nous félicitons le restaurant pour le serveur le plus hostile et arrogant que nous ayons jamais connu👏🏆

After hearing that this restaurant is owned by Antonio Banderas, we booked a table for 3 people to eat pizza there. When we sat down at our table, I noticed that all the cutlery looked unappetizing and gave the impression of being extremely dirty. I also cleaned the drinking glasses with the napkins. I complained to the waiter (small and little hair). However, without result with the statement from him, if you don't like it, go to another restaurant! We complained to the nice service manager and he asked us to come to him to serve us. We accepted this offer because he was very friendly and we really wanted to eat a pizza at Antonio Banderas' restaurant. Unfortunately, that was a mistake because it didn't meet our expectations either in terms of taste or consistency of the dough (the dough was soft, chewy like chewing gum and tasteless).
