Don't bother. Salad bar is sad. It was raining so I stopped in for a drink for what should have been lunch rush hour. Only 2 tables were occupied. So I ordered a drink with the local rum thinking it would be affordable-ish. $17 USD ! C'MON. I sat at a bar that did not have an extended tabletop, so my knees were crammed against the bar. Waitresses were delivering and depositing dirty glasses inches from me and my drink. I asked if they accepted credit cards expecting a simple yes or no but instead I got, it depends your card might get rejected but then you get to pay it the next month. The answer is yes or no. don't insult me by suggesting my credit will be rejected or that I need an education and how credit cards work.
Don't bother coming here. For a $17 drink I expect their staff to be trained properly regarding credit card usage, and for there to be a bar where I can freely extend my legs and not to expect dirty glasses thrusted in front of me every 3 minutes.
I felt like an afterthought ....
Read moreGood food overall but, meat stop coming after a few minutes trying to push us out of the restaurant, waiters are not polite at all, they don’t speak English and when you ask for something and they don’t understand, they assume something and if it’s wrong they complain, yes!
They complain with clients, how is that possible?
Management is poor, tried to explain and give excuses about the bad behavior of their employees and didn’t apologize.
The price is high for the standard they offer. Waiters should be better trained.
The food quality is good but they stop coming, and this is not how should be for a premium service as we were 6 at the table.
Very disappointed and the place is expensive for the bad management.
We spoke English as previous staff said there were not only Brazilians in the place and we don’t speak Spanish, also our kids don’t speak Portuguese.
If you charge premium prices you HAVE to deliver premium quality. Otherwise we to to...
Read moreThis is a fun buffet where the staff walk around with skewers of meat and serve you right at your table. They have 12 different kinds, and the smell alone will make your mouth water. Like most places of this type, the cheaper cuts like chicken and bacon come around more often than the different beef options, but when the beef arrives, it’s worth the wait.
The place is a little tight on space, but it has character. TVs on the walls play rodeo and car shows, adding to the lively atmosphere, and there’s a bar if you want to grab a drink. The staff are warm and friendly, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed.
The only small downside was that at one point I had to ask for more meat, and then got sausage three times in a row! Still, the overall vibe, the endless flow of food, and the lively energy make this a place I’d happily...
