I had a wonderful chilli hot chocolate there today! It had just the right amount of kick. They make it with chocolate from Ireland. It was delicious!! It was a pleasure meeting and visiting with the incredibly nice owners Amy and Javi. I live close, yet that hot chocolate was gone before I made it it home and I wished I had bought two. 3 in a row - that's definitely an indicator of quality. I found this great spot for early breakfasts on my last trip to Malaga in early autumn last year.

This year I was lucky enough to visit Malaga again, and since I already had this place in mind, I went to the guys on the very first morning to try their coffee and bolo.

Javi and Emi are a wonderful couple who run this place. They come early in the morning to treat guests with the freshest bolos starting from 9 am. You will also definitely have a positive small talk with them, which will charge you with a good mood from the very morning.

Of all the options, I advise you to try all three to choose yours. I leave my choice on the simple (garlic and oil).

Oh my goodness…! I stumbled across this little gem on my morning jaunt and boy oh boy did Bolo blow my mind! This was the perfect way to start the day with some perfect homemade Portuguese bread and delicious speciality coffee!! And the service wasn’t too bad either, may I add ;) The most friendly power duo run this establishment, with the kindest souls and fullest hearts! I could not recommend this place more!
